Strategic planning and facilitation for a services company.

Our client sought to grow their services business, but needed to get the leadership team on the same page first.

Starteer facilitated the strategic planning process to help the co-owners agree joint goals over 3- and 1-year planning horizons. With the annual plan defined, we then facilitated the development of quarterly priorities. Finally, we provided recommendations on how to systemise the business to reduce burden on the owners.

Business planning and marketing strategy for a security consultancy.

Our client sought to grow their Federal Government advisory practice, but needed help with how to position their business in a competitive marketplace.

Starteer helped with the development of a refreshed business plan, identifying opportunities to grow the business. We also provided guidance on crafting a more compelling value proposition and assisted with lead generation for a target account.

Conversion optimisation for an online product company.

Our client sought to increase product sales generated from their website, but faced low conversion rates.

Starteer conducted an analysis of traffic, visitor behaviour and the user experience on the website. We provided recommendations on how to increase quality traffic to the site and improve the user experience, targeting a 2-3x increase in sales.
